Dr. Anecca Robinson is the Founder & CEO of Leaders for Learning, an education consulting organization dedicated to helping schools and systems design equitable, high-impact learning environments. With 15+ years in K–12—as a mathematics teacher, principal, instructional coach, and systems leader—she has built a reputation for instructional systems that blend research-based pedagogy, strategic leadership, and community engagement. Her work centers rigorous, human-centered instruction that leads to better student outcomes.

She began her career as a high school math teacher, committed to making challenging content accessible and helping students see themselves as capable learners. As her impact grew, she moved into school and system leadership, coaching teachers and leading improvement efforts across content areas.
